Emote spam and muting.

Dear Riot, I have a small request-

When we mute a player, can we also mute their "secondary" sounds? For example, when a Blitzcrank laughs, he makes a roboty creaking noise. I mute players on either team that spam emotes because it's super annoying and ruins my enjoyment of an otherwise fun time. It's not fun when even some of their rapidfire sounds go through.
