Game Que System

how is it at all fair to be qued up with people that have pings at 3000 and every one else is at like 30-100 then lose the game because its 4 on 5 losing its out of are power and no matter what we do we are at a high unfair advantage yes the 3 min remake but really thats broken if the person some how in gods name loads into a game and able to keep a connection to the game with 3000 ping but cant do any thing just afk in fountain how is it logical for the other players to be penalized for that? if you have a ping of 600 plus you should not be qued up with people that have 30 -100 ping all the time. they should not be able to even be put into a game with pings so high. that is promoting people to get toxic and lose there minds but then we get banned bc of a broken system? please some one enlighten me and the rest of the game population about this thinking of letting people with pings so high in games.
