As someone who like to 100-0 people, i've made a list of viable assasins.
I made this list because i really like to build full AD/AP on every champion, and i find interesting how some non assassin's champions can be good at assassinate.
**God Tier - Can 100-0 with little advantage, one kill can start the snowball. **
Probably the best assassin, can one shot one or more people while giving hard cc
Stills depends on ult early on, but has insane mobility and invulnerability
insane mobility and more tankier than he should be even when full AD, can kill squishies and escape with ease
God of roam, sustain in lane and the best lvl 2 trader, can fall of late game because he is squishy as is should be
After J4 he is the best, AD scaling and a passives that helps survive, very good in teamfights comps
Strong roam and the easiest to play, still fall off really hard because his abilities requires close range and a large cast time.
The more healthy assasin IMO, can jump the enemie team, kill his target and then jump out, still requires decision making and even when mega feed cannot kill 2 people easily, his kit is made to kill one at a once, still needs to be more squishier to be healthier
Cannot assasinate as good as others on this tier but has a tank trait, deal true damage based on his own HP, so, defense = ofense, you get much more gold eficience from a item just because of that, so he snowball can roll even harder, and only gets stronger later on.
Still good assasins - Need items/more kills/setup to 100-0 people
Can take targets from a total BS ultimate, really tanky even when full AD and has a auto reset so
work like a charm, falls late game.
The girl with 1000 combos can be a good deleter, requires fingers and fast decision making, still not so good on tf and really fragile, slows make her lose potential, don't fall off to hard.
Looks weird, like a close range AoE mage with mobility, can be shut on the laning phase pretty easily but still do the job later on.
God tier damage, but still relies on the target being isolated, falls off late game because the team tends to be more closer.
Need to kill all the enemy team to achieve his true form, but from this point he is just a delete machine.
Late game hypercarry that can burst an entire team from a massive range, but has a shit early and is heavy item dependant.
Roam like a boss, still needs to take one target at a time and gets destroyed in teamfights, squishie as is supossed to be.
Take a lot of mana, a lot of gold advantage and a lot of the enemy misplay to make Ahri assasinate someone, but when the breaking point is reached can be really annoiyng to shut her down.
Need to be very well played, but in the right people hands assasinate while outplaying, a thing of beauty, still needs gold advantage tho.
Vulnerable early on but is a good CC machine, can nuke an entire team with the right setup.
Needs two items to reach assasinate point, but stills depends on his high cd ult.
Easy to play and depends on close range to kill, his ult cc himself but the targer is mostly dead, has a passive that punish all in champs, gets pretty useless against 
Can assassinate within long ranges from a little to no advantage, really viable, still skillshot reliant and very, very squishy.
Versatile in builds and gameplay, has well round ranges and base stats, has no way to go back after going in and can fall late if with lethality build
Need massive setup to work, and can be outplayed quite easily, deals massive damage and CC tho
Can be deadly in AA range, needs at least two items, really vulnerable and useless early on
Can be very annoying, strong early and can snowball from there, slow rotations and high cds caps his potential. Get outclassed by 
Skillshot reliant and mechanical intensive, some people on the boards cry 'muh only press R' if a syndra kill you only in R is beacuse she has a massive advantage or a really good ball setup, just avoid that.
Shit early on but still is tankier than the others assasins and can outduel most of then.
Can be a murder machine but with no heavy cc he still depends on enemies misplay.
Really nice kit to prevent the target from running away, with a good MS boost and a combo that fits on the stun time she only need a first item advantage to start one comboing people.
Weak early on but reaches god tier damage and mobility when hits lvl 16
Weak and mana hungry early, but can do a massive burst with the right ap scaling build (see

Need Flash or enemies misplays to grow in game, but still a good teamfighter.
Rely on a high cd ult, but can offer little to no counterplay when ahead.
Good at all stages, insane synergy with
and hard to kill due to his range, still skillshot reliant and his ult requires setup.
No counterplay when ahead, just come and burst, low ap ratios and high cd ulti make her late game not so good.
Relies on items with AP scaling to deal signifcant damage(

)but can be very annoying.
Can be AP or AD, needs advantage and get it pretty easily with invades and early ganks, still a splitpush machine and the right choice to who like mind games.
Needs stacks, buts offer a whooping wall of stun, very usefull and a moster late game.
Meh assasins - Don't do the job properly/do it in a different way
To reach the poin to kill with the 3th hit is very hard, need setup, still hard to kill but more a fighter than an assassin.
Need to be ahead and fall off if don't take a early advantage, to trully assassinate people he need a on hit build (
) besides that, a full AD renekton takes to long to kill and fall off reeeeally hard.
Only on the list because she is listed as a assasin, but i didn't find a way to assassinate people with her.
Waaaay more a fighter, don't assasinate with any build a tried, on hit, criticals, full AD...

Nerfed to the ground, still a good jg but is more of a draintank with high damage than anything else.
Meele ADC hypercarry.
Straight up garbage, only brightside is the mobility, cannot clear jg properly, if don't snowball early she fall even on the midgame, and offers no utility.
