Wukong need a Passive Rework + ultimate buff

Hi u"m Štealth i've been playing wukong for 4 years here but so due to meta tank his passive is kinda useless giving him 4 mr 4 armor per nearby as top laner is like wtf , Wukong as Top laner suffers a lot afainst most of champions why ? why though? his passive makes a lot of sense in regard to his ult.

hes an initiating diver who tries to jump in between as many opponents as possible and hit them with his ult knockup. in that regard, his passive makes perfect sense.

he might need a buff, but his kit itself is perfectly fine.

猴子英雄出来到现在，一直被削弱，以前是Q 被削弱，现在是W 隐身被削弱，其他没有一点加成，或者技能改变。被动技能垃圾的要死。我玩了4年猴子了。现在任然在玩猴子，很喜欢这个英雄，我希望你们稍微加强一点他，因为他真的需要被加强。你们可以一直在乎注重于游戏细节，一直重做冷门的英雄，一直追求游戏平衡，你们很努力，也很成功。但是缺忽视了像猴子这种不冷不热的英雄。我想离开英雄联盟了，我是一只猴子，我在召唤师峡谷里面针扎了4年，现在我累了，我可能会退出了。
