Chat Restriction and Ranked Restrict.

RIOT please , its the 2nd time i get chat restrict and 1st ranked restrict , and i dont even flame or be toxic , im a positive player really... so why me? Because there are players that report for like no reason , or maybe because i picked their role.... Man... you have to upgrade this method of restricting.
