Annie Proposal for her R's Unhealthy Counterplay

As it currently stands, Annie 's ultimate is very similar to the old baby cradle that Veigar had. It's an instant gratification, point and click AoE team smasher. Now something that had me thinking was how Annie threw her Tibbers in the animated cinematic.

I kind of like the way that it looks and feels for how her ult -should- function. If you make her ultimate similar to Corki 's Q on his Kit with maybe a slightly shorter delay, I feel like there would be good counter play and team comps setup around her rather than just having her as a reliable, brain dead nuker. This would also add more emphasize on her role as a support and a mid since comps would need to work on hitting multiple foes or CC chaining a team with Annie 's ult. I also can't help but feel like it needs a slightly longer CD considering the bear lasts such a long time and her ultimate is literally being "thrown" the equivalence of a little girl throwing with the arm of a Major League Baseball player. It makes no sense and lacks viable means of dealing with her which is why her mid lane is considered one of the "OP's" right now.

what are you going to compensate her with if you make her main ability and core identity now a skill shot?

you going to give her mobility? a gap closer? increase stun duration?

leave her as is, she is balanced for the fact she has no way of killing you without walking straight up to you. she is also squishy beyond reason

Many burst mages delete yo squishy ass. The counterplay is to stop building squishy as fk if you are against delete champs.
