summoners

as a player of this game, new or old. what do I gain by waiting to get my summoner spells? smite, flash, teleport, ignite. what do I gain as a new player by not having access to these spells? why does riot or whoever reads this... why can't I have the same advantage as other players? if I am a new player why can't I have access to summoner spells that others have access to? if I am a smurfing why can't I just use what I already know that I should be able to use? the leveling system can make sense in a small fraction as to the point of me not playing with max level players but consider that most people are smurfing anyways why do we have to be set back considering that the matchmaking doesn't matter? a lvl 3 can get matched against a lvl 12... they can smite and flash. why does riot or anyone think that not having instant access to the spells that are available is a bad thing? this is an archaeic system from 5 years ago yet it is still in place. let's just say I am a newb and started playing. why shouldn't I be able to know what summoners are available and how to utilize them properly? I've seen teams of new players stuck with the simple masteries while the other team have flash smite ignite and teleport which at this point is the meta. riot won't change this but at least I got to point out how rediculous this whole thing is.

Honestly I smurfed for a bit. I thought not having flash and everyone having summoner 6 summoner 7 or summoner 12 summoner 21 made it seem more fun..

let's talk about clarity, the thing riot wants to point out so much, how can a new player gain any form of this without having access to the spells that are available to them? if I am a new player gain any form of this if they can't learn the mechanics of the spells that matter? why do they have to focus on the baby spells that only few people will ever use? If they had some sort of system in place that allowed new players to only be matched with 1-9 players that would be fine but that isn't the case because starting at lvl 3 you can queue up with someone at lvl 30. is that the fault of the player who just started? no.... is that the fault of the person who queued up with them, probably. but it wouldn't be that big a deal if those players had access to what should already by available. they already can't get the runes and masteries that they need, why stop them from being able to use the spells they need?
