All Riot has to do is put a forced survey on DQ after your game. (Keep in mind this is a one time survey) Make the CURRENT votes and opinions, or at least the ratios, Show Somewhere where everyone can see them. This will allow Everyone, and i do mean EVERYONE, that plays league review or see what the whole player base thinks as a whole.

While I don't doubt that many players will prefer to have solo Q back, this isn't the best way of collecting evidence about DQ. Having a survey pop up right after logging in would be better, because players would be less influenced by any recent losses.
