Kog Maw need a buff
Kog Maw's damage is pretty good dont get me wrong but kog maw needs some kind of buff attack speed or movement speed would be nice

An AP ratio bump on Kog's W probably wouldn't be unwarranted.
But yeah, Marksmen Kog absolutely does not need buffs. He needs a VGU. And at the rate things are going it probably won't be until 2020.
