Timeouts

Dear Riot, League of Legends is such a dynamic game that seems to manipulatively improve to it's fullest potential almost every single day. Though this topic hasn't yet been touched by the community very often, I think there should be room for a little something: Timeouts.

What are timeouts?

Each team is given a 1-2 minute break (depends on Riot) that is voted by their team which pauses the game and allows users on the rift to do whatever they need to do for that break. For example, receiving an important phone call, restarting their computer due to ping problems, taking a bathroom break, etc.

The only possible problem I can see here is pausing the game during a team fight, which is straight up trolling. However, I'm sure Riot can think of a way to handle this.

I think all of us have experienced someone being idle for a couple minutes, and it really does irritate the Rifters, especially in mid/late game.

I really hope Riot takes my discussion and thoughts into consideration.
