Is Remnant of the Ascended even worth building anymore? (8.2)

So, this patch all 3 support item lines got updated. It was a great update overall, but i think the Ancient coin line kinda got left out. For a lot of supports (looking at you Thresh) the reason you would get this line is becouse you need the cooldown reduction, but now when you upgrade the other 2 lines to the max, they also get the 10% cdr. So, when the other 2 lines get upgraded from second to third item they get 10% cdr, Mana/hp regen and in Remnant of the Aspect 325 hp , while in Remnant of the Watchers 200 hp and 15 AP. When you compare that to the Remnant of the Ascended, which only gets 200 hp and some hp regen, i think its not even worth rushing. IMO they should make the Remnant of the Ascended give 20% cooldown reduction or remove the 10% cooldown reduction in the other 2 support items. What do you guys think?
