So I have to ask. Am I the only one that wants Taric's mana gain passive back?

That one simple change removing that from his passive cut at least half of the options in playing Taric in half. Less options building and playing champs in different ways = less fun overall. Who all agrees, disagrees, ect.

I miss that aspect of his passive. I also hate how his passive only allows for your cooldowns to be reduced by 1 second after an ability is used. It used to be just fine that him autoattacking would be able to bring his heal up sooner. How is this any better?

It's nice that he has an on click stun, but otherwise he's just a moving Aura champ.

In my opinion, I actually think Taric's new passive is really cool, although it's kinda like a Skarner old/new passive ripoff sorta thing, and it's also kinda weird to use early game as his base atk-speed SUCKS TEEMO SHROOMS. I have to agree with the part that he runs out of mana super fast at the moment, and hopefully when that VU comes out, they either buff his max mana or mana regen (or both! ). However, I feel like it would be better if riot incorporates some sort of interactive mana gains/scaling into his spells in order to justify a low mana regen, and a late game high-mana tank build, as building a lot of mana (item 3110 item 3025 doesn't help him enough yet, but the idea is sorta there. (Edit: I still think he's pretty strong though as a support tank by late game, don't get me wrong.) The whole mana-scaling thing would go well with someone like Taric Taric, after all he's a gem knight.

I don't know. I just like variety. I also miss my favorite jungler. With the right build he could do great clear times with unlimited sustain and heal all of your lanes, not to mention great tanks with speed boots and such. I'm just always sad Whalen they make changes to pidgeon hole champs into an exact role and spot that almost can't be escaped from. Having options and choices are good for keeping players happy=good the the game. And yea, his late game mana atm is rediculous, you almost have to build grail no matter what or be 1/2 useless.

Also, not the mat the new passive isn't cool, like the interactivity with all spells, they just took out one of the best and most unique ways to get it in the game, and unique+effective is always a good thing to have.
