Changing In-Game sounds for specific champions

Hello, i wanted to know if there is a way to edit sound files in the game.

Let's say i use Instead of the Phoenix sound effect it plays a chicken noise, or instead of his Bear roar it plays Keemstar.

I wanna know if it's even allowed or if there's a way, been searching in game files but i didn't find anything.
