Co_op vs AI Scripting

I have many friends who are just now starting to get into league. And are not very good so they play against bots. One of my friends called me and told me to spectate his match and after watching for a few minutes it was very clear that 3 of his teammates were bots. They would walk into lane until they took damage then auto attack the closest thing over and over again then once they got to half health they would either use or then walk to safety and back to base, unless they got cc'd and then killed by the ai, or if there was no minion wave they would walk under tower get shot. Very clear that there is a script in place that has them walk into lane until they take damage. Another bot was in the jungle sitting on krugs and when they spawned would auto attack and get killed by it because they never got over level 1.... My friend lost the game because him and the other guy couldnt win a 2 v 5... And he was so frustrated. It has gotten so bad that I will actually play bot games just to help the real players get wins and get kills and actually have fun... I will try to record some of the games. I know that bot games have a very low priority compared to norms but this is really getting out of hand and causing serious problems among new players. I don't know what if anything can be done about this but i want to get it out there and let people know that this is a problem and its ruining the game for new people who get frustrated from losing and getting destroyed because of unfair match ups. I don't know if we need like a admin who plays tons of bot games and can get rid of these accounts or if we need a new reporting system just for bot games? Or if we need the Tribunal back so that the community can watch these games and appropriately ban when this happens.
