Increase Chime spawns in Crystal Scar for Bard

Played Bard recently on Crystal Scar and he would maybe have 4 or 5 chimes spawn every 3-4 minutes, it was painfully slow. ;-;

I think even on SR he needs a buff to Chime spawn rate, otherwise he's in a great spot.

P.S: For those that play hide & seek, Bard hider is really strong if you can make it past 20 minutes with 3 lives
