Connecting To Loading Screen Problems (Firewall error)

I played 2 rank games (lost them both) didn't come back for about 10 minutes in game because I've been getting this firewall error. First time I did the ipconfig /flushdns it worked so I decided to play my second rank game thinking I fixed it and the same error occurred. This is getting frustrating because I received a leavebuster notification saying I've been afk or leaving games and it wasn't my fault.
