Shyvana Passive Nerfed?

So her old passive used to give her 20 bonus armor and magic resist(40 in dragon form) no matter what in late game, but now you have to get at least dragons to match that, which means roughly half of games you will have half a weaker passive. Then you might have some games where you exceed and become stronger, which is respectable. However, my issue lies within the howling abyss map, where there are no dragons to boost the passive; this gives Shyvana perhaps the most worthless passive in the entire game for ARAM, a whopping 5 bonus armor and magic resist. Surely there must be someway to fix this; link her passive boosts to enemy turrets destroyed, perhaps?

Her ult also gives her health now and they said they are thinking of that for ARAM/3v3

While I do like the extra health as a way to compensate for the lesser armor and magic resist, the amount is also rather underwhelming; her rank 3 ult gives just 50 more hp than the rank 1 Nasus ult.
