Riot Can't Possibly Be This Blind (No Lee Sin Joke Intended)

Hello, I am JakeFromSubway, a lower elo player that is stuck in silver and plays league on occasions. As a low elo player, I am sick and tired of Riot making champions that instagib people from the moment they are released into the game. Remember when RekSai was released? Remember how overpowered her Q was and allowed her to out trade any champion in the game with just hydra and tank items, on top of being a absolute jungle controller? Remember Bard , A support champion designed to be a roaming supporter and helped the jungler, but ended up being a troll champion whose kit is absolute garbage and his stun is subpar, not to mention his ultimate hurts his own team 9/10 times. And don't even get me started on Yasuo , whose kit was just down right cheating. Well now we have Ekko , who is the worst of them all. Riot, I have a lot of respect for you and all the hard work you put in to keep us happy and play the game, but I honestly think you had a screw loose when you decided on Ekko's AP ratios. His kit is balanced, but the fact that he can Level 2 all in and ignite and kill pretty much every assassin and mage in the mid lane absolutely ticks me off. It's not even skill at this point, it's just "get item 3100 item 3285 and instagib the entire team while gaining a SCALING SHIELD AND ALL MY HEALTH BACK!" Reminds me of Riven with 3 lifesteal items, only much worse. I've played this game since end of season 3, and I have seen so many champions follow this same exact pattern. This pattern is what I call "Rushing a champion to get quick money, then wait for people to complain and then nerf them." Or in Bard case, "Make his kit so situational that no matter how much buffing we do, he still will always be crap. He has the lowest win rate in the game for a reason. I don't mean to offend you Riot, but this pattern is constant. And while it may be a quicker to let the community "spill the salt into the ocean" as one might say, and then have patching clean it up later, most of us would rather have you do a HARD INSPECTION of prototype champs and release them to PBE. This constant OP status on new champions ruins the game for us lower elo players (besides platinum smurfs), and makes us just not want to play blind pick. Sure, draft is an option, but we are looking for a quick game to play to experiment with champions and learn them without the worry of needing a strong team synergy or communication. Everyone gets to do their own thing, and it's hard to do that when Ekko only real counter in the mid lane is Leblanc , and she can still lose that matchup pretty hard. These are just my thoughts, and I hope I poked you enough to maybe get some insight from lower elo players. Thanks.
