Riot pls... Please add "Good job" smart ping (or "Thumbs Up" or "Nice Team", etc.)

I often said "Nice, team" or "Good job" in team chat to encourage my teammate when they do good (solo kill enemy, double kill, stealing dragon / baron, get a tower while split pushing, etc).

It would be nice if this positive reinforcement “action” is included in the game, so other player can easily and quickly reward your action with their “like” / “thumbs up” smart pings.

It would be even better if those pings can be counted and shown in the after match game client (the adobe result screen one), in addition to the current Honor system.

IMO, this action can encourage players to do better in game and push good sportsmanship, thus reducing toxic players.

This can also be used to prove that an encouraging team is more likely to win than teams with toxic players.
