i want to say Urgot so bad but once you play him he is broke as fuq. No but seriously, even though urgot is really strong right now he still needs a rework to keep him modern, because currently he is only good against ad top laners or mids.

Heimer isn't trash, Kennen isn't trash, infact he's Op. Alistar isn't trash. Ziggs needs buffs but he's not trash tier. Near it though. Mordekaiser is fucking broken as hell. Maokai is fine as is.
