Leaver Buster system sucks. Sorry Riot, but that's the truth

Leaver Buster penalty system really sucks. Let me explain you why in a few lines:

1. The game can be booted with missing dlls and the Client doesn't receive any error at the start of the game. You boot the game, even Matchmaking and when the Session starts you receive the error. It's impossible to resolve that problems in such a few minutes, so you get the penalty :).
2. 5 matches with 20 minutes penalty is way too much for 2-3 mistakes.
3. There isn't any reset on this once you get that penalty. Doesn't matter if your internet provider have issues and you can't reconnect to the game or your pc's hardware have an issue...Things that doesn't depend on players and they are not guilty for to be punished.
4. After the remake in Ranked you still get banned if you leave the first second of the game which is completely stupid. The team can remake the game, they doesn't lose anything and they are not experiencing a toxic situation. The Leaver gets: ranked lose ( -LP in division ) and abandon penalty which is another stupidity that doesn't make any sense.

Why all of these? I have only two reasons for this: Riot programmers are really, really bad or they are really, really lazy, or maybe both of them.

Suggestion:

1. Move your asses and start to create a progressive Leaver Buster penalty that can be reset if the player doesn't make any mistakes in let's say a few days/ 1 week maximum. The community is right here: 5 matches for 1-2 mistakes? REALLY ?!?!?!
2. Resolve that fucking client that let the game boot without pc dlls. For real now...You have this issue for more than 3 years ( maybe from the first time ).
3. Stop making excuses and blame the community, when the real problem here is YOU / your employees.
