Mordekaiser feels worse
Even though it was an extremely minor damage nerf on his W with buffs in every other aspect. It feels like he is teetering between mage and tank and in a terrible way.

Based on what they've said about making him play the way his character looks, tanky bruiser mage is probably the direction they will be taking him in. Personally, I dig it. But if he stays as immobile as he is, they will need to give him either good cc or solid damage to make it work I think.
Hopefully then he teeters between mage and tank in a GOOD way.
