Even your apology got downvoted, dont apologize for having an opinion and an opinion thats actually widely accepted. The portal is indeed very strong, perhaps too strong, you'd need an insane amount of waveclear to make it's effects significantly mitigated. It's probably going to get nerfed, and with any luck the jerk Hiemers will get nerfed too because blanket nerfs are a thing. (Refer to WW and Devourer nerfs).

For ADC you want either strong AoE or Strong annoyance

I say either Graves, Caitlyn or Tristana

For jungle, I personally suggest AP Shaco for making it reallllly difficult to jump Heimer

For top, go with Teemo, because this is already a satanic team comp, so why not
