15 minute queue time in silver

Here I am on my silver smurf just wanting to queue up for one game. 15 minutes later the queue finally pops. Can this game get any shittier?? I don't know anymore. Just wanted to play one game before going to work man but I can't even do that... What a trash pathetic system. I hope a rioter sees this.
