I wanna buy Elise (SPIDER) so I can start learning to jungle with her; however, I'm not sure if she is even viable. I have yet to see someone play her in normals/ranked
Is she still good? And if she is, what would you recommend I build?

I cannot tell if this is a troll post or not...
But in the event that you have been living under a rock and are being serious then, yes, she is very viable right now and is EASILY a top 3 jungler and arguably the best jungler in the game right now.
The pros play Elise jungle a lot, because she's really powerful early in the game.
That said, you might want to wait for a week when she's free to try her out before buying her. Also, the current meta is not kind to squishy mages. Everyone plays bruisers and ADCs.
