Yeah. Normals have MMR, but a lot of people don't play normals often enough for their MMR in normals to...normalize. So when you queue up a normal you'll often get someone who is multiple tiers off from yours just because their MMR in normal hasn't really moved.
You also had a 14/0 Voli on your team. Also the skill level in norms is all over the place lol.
