I don't play ad champs but people usually sell Boots for a zephyr right?

If homeguards arnt needed & the extra MR, then why not...

I would say no only because Homeguard is really good paired with TP. Even if your not Herc, I would take that over Zepher.

Also because your highly unlikely to reach that point.
