Im a high elo player in LAN and every time i get the support role by autofill we lose, and it's not that im bad at it it's just that I dont get the carry role. It's so frustrating losing free lp when you try your best but you're limited by the role capacity and your team's performance. And also you may know the players in LAN are really bad compared to other regions. LAN diamond is like NA gold elo. I wish i knew if i would get the support role or not so I dont have to dodge...

You can cancel queue when autofill is enabled if you'd rather just wait longer until you can get one of your main roles.
Also supports can carry, they just do so in a different manner than other champs (e.g. through vision/enabling plays rather than damage).
the guy who got "the carry role" in your stead is just as good at it as you are. you lose because your support game-play is sub-par. you fail to realize it, because you are oblivious to some nuances of game-play that are actually important.
