REPORT SYSTEM IN CHAMP SELECTION

Dear Riot,

First off, I know you won't read this or do anything about this so I question why I am writing this, but I feel something needs to be done about champion selection. Personally I am tired of getting Kat support, Urgot jungle, and many other dumb champions in useless positions. I am tired of the trolls in ranked games and ruining my game because of their poor attitude. I have played many games and lost many games because of this, so I have begun dodging these game for the sake of my team and my time. Their needs to be a reporting system or something that prevents or alerts you guys for these players. Its not worth my 30-40 minutes to go into a game that I know I will most likely lose. I know I am not the only person who would want something like this. Please do something the trolls are higher than ever and I am pretty sure suicides are sky rocketing because of it.
