6.18 Sound Issues?

I'm not sure if this is just me. But after 6.18 has been patched, I've been having sound issues I've never had before. I'd load in to a game and even though nothing is muted and the game before was perfectly fine, the in-game sound would not exist. It takes me several disconnects and reconnects to get the sound back.

Also, again I'm not sure if I'm the only one who's getting this, but once in a while when I kill a jungle camp, I hear a male voice in the background saying a dialogue (not kindred, i know what that sounds like).

Anyone else experiencing this?
