200 ping out of nowhere yet my discord ping is 30 heres the best part its not just me the enemy janna , my jinx , my sion. riot this game shouldnt count man. its ranked and everyone's lagging

It's likely the fault of your regional ISP(Internet Service Provider), or some ISP along the way to Riot. If there's issue with the server, you are likely to see a server side notice a few minutes after the issue.
