Builder and Normal matchmaking

Since a while builder is broken as you can match with people over 2 or 3 ranks above you which is why I dont use builder anymore but now normal games are having this issue platin/gold vs silvers/bronze/unrankeds, seems that Riot want people to play ranked and thats why builder and normal are so unfair at this moment but if is true why just dont disable/delete the builder and normal games and that way we all play ranked and stop the unfair matchmakings.
