about the assasin rework...i dont think its working and an alpha test glitch

first off i i dont know if its a general change to the jungle but krugs seem to spawn verry late at the start of the game just thought id say that.

Now the assassin rework on rengar. its not working hes even more toxic in my oppinion. in a game i just played he was a level or two ahead. we won a teamfight in the jungle (we were j4, jinx surviving) i was almost full hp and jinx about half, he flashed over the wall and in about 0.5 seconds he got a double kill. i couldnt even react m8 and wasnt that the point of the rework? to make it so assassins werent so overpowered when they are ahead...his ratios definetly need work
