New champions models should be outlined

Not sure if this belongs in this topic so if not please correct me. I've noticed that new champions (like Yuumi) or reworks (Akali) or even skins (KDA) do not have an outline like the other 3d models do. I'm confused by this since you can activate/deactivate outline from the settings in-game but what's the point of such settings if the new content we're getting is not outlined anymore? It's not uniform with the other things in the game anymore.
