Sunfire Changes left some champions unchanged
The sunfire buff only working on champions with an immobilizing effect left champions like Mundo without any way to use it. This also means that champs like Garen whom are being pushes into the jungle can't use it etiher, forcing them to either go Warrior or Bloodrazer.
I personally believe that the burst from sunfire should be an active, allowing it to be used when needed instead of as part of any hard CC. Perhaps having the burst deal 5% of the user's Maximum health as magic damage would be good, or perhaps having the damage increase as you charge it, kind of like Galio's W. This would give tanks good waveclear and a good teamfighting ability.
Possible Active Changes
Charge for up to 3 seconds, dealing Magic damage equal to % of your Maximum/Bonus health in a large burst, revealing champions for a short duration.
Additionally, sunfire being such an important item for tanks while also only giving armour seems a bit strange, especially with so many AP champions existing in top that you may have to fight. Perhaps changing the build path slightly to either include Aegis of the Legion or just Pure health would be better.

For everyone saying that the sunfire
and cinderhulk
changes should only buff tanks
Please consider that there are many champions that build Cinderhulk or Sunfire that aren't "tanks", but still benefit from the waveclear or health that these two items provide. I understand that the changes were meant to affect tanks but tanks are not the only champions that build sunfire, and that is what I am trying to convey.
