Mage Updates
What are your opinions on the new mage updates and the item updates/changes?

i think a lot of our problems especially mana could be solved with better runes and rune system: http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-balance/E6hwYtvQ-the-game-should-not-be-playable-without-runes
my main concern is that they aren't extensively tested before release.
