We all know she's currently doing no dmg whatsoever. I just watched a video from HuzzyGames and even he said himself that Lissandra is not doing enough dmg compared to other midlaners. Could there be something done so people would actually pick her again? I would love to play Lissandra again since she's just not worth to pick.

Unless you are an ADC, damage and utility come a close tie for first.
Looking at Lissandra, She isn't meant to be the insta nuke I ult you, you die in a 1v1 state. She is an engage AP tank, Someone who flanks the enemy lines and can set up the death of their back line.
Her damage is a little low, i would agree, but she adds a hella lot to a team fight if she is played right.

Anyone with anti movement abilities (one of which is pretty much a supression) and isn't squishy shouldn't be able to burst champions down. She has decent engage, good kiting, and can save her ADC from any assassin. Lissandra is a utility mage through and through. She is a great pick on teams where you need more cc and have plenty of damage, or there is Khazix threatening to put his purple knives up your Jhin's butt.
