Taliyah's surfboard could have been so cool
**Tl;dr right at the start: Imagine Taliyah could cast spells while on her surfboard just like Iceman or Frozone or so many other superheroes. **
Taliyah seems really cool. I like her as a support personally since her damage is fairly low unless you land all 5 Q's and her E+W combo perfectly, which is never going to be a consistent thing in a real game.
Her passive seems like a cool idea but it's not particularly useful, really just gets her back to lane faster: If you're in mid lane, there's very few walls for you to use Top lane and jungle you're last hitting / fighting monsters too frequently for the CD to be used.
As support though it's a nice touch for going out warding, but the more I was thinking about it, the more I thought it'd be cool if while on the rock surf board thing, Taliyah could cast spells (she would only dismount from auto-attacking or taking damage) with no cast animation (or at least being able to move while the animation is going off) This could: 1)Help her out as support since you'll often be near the walls in the bot brush 2)Make her passive actually be useful for something besides returning to lane or roaming/warding. 3)Look really cool because you can pretend you're iceman or Frozone (incredibles) shooting out moves while surfing. 4)Might even help her land her E-W combo by helping hide her animations (or speed them up) making her damage more reliable when players maximize her kits potential
I don't think it'd be too overpowering either since the board is rarely useful in other lanes (see above). In teamfights you'll get hit, unless you're only poking. Even Taliyah wants to throw out some auto-attacks in a full team fight which will dismount her. It's situational as her board is only useful around a wall and on a 5 second cooldown. And her Q can already be cast while moving so the move only really helps W & E. I see this being a buff to support and jungle Taliyah (only on ganks for jungle) more than any other lanes.

I don't think it would be a huge buff to her, but it would definitely make her look/feel and play in a much cooler way.
Quick thoughts on other spells if anyone is interested:
**Q** I like the worked ground thing as support it lets me fling fewer rocks to poke while not accidentally stealing CS. Would be nice if leveling the skill either: Increased mana refund on worked ground, lowered CD on worked ground, or threw more rocks on worked ground (like 1/1/2/2/3 rocks thrown). This would help early mana issues, help you be more aggressive with your poke as support (or laner) or scale better into late game by throwing more rocks later.
**W** Delay is so long, damage is so low. If landed in an E-W combo sure it deals good damage as a combo, but the move on it's own is meh. Also 70-110 mana cost 0_0 way too high.
**E** I personally find the rock mines are ugly. Damage on this skill is good in a perfect scenario kind of way, but rarely will you get that scenario. Mana cost too high, and the delay for them to explode is so long. I'd increase the slow % as the skill levels since it won't push the "perfect" scenario damage too high while helping support Taliyah.
**R** Really cool skill, requires lots of teamwork to use properly. A shame so many people can just hop your wall. When you get a good ult off it's great but most of the time I'm just holding the ult going....maybe now?....nah, I might need it later to perfectly split up the enemy team in a fight....but that moment rarely ever comes. Cooldown should be lowered imo, then I wouldn't feel bad using it to trap a single enemy out of position.
