I'd really like to mention that everytime I play a game with an irelia they either are one of these 3 things (Based on what i've seen, calm down) toxic asf, fed/feeding, or just downright annoying. No matter what champion you are irelia will just spam q all over your wave and starve everyone of farm. I play irelia as well but god damn please just let some people fuckin farm fam*[slayer-jinx-unamused]*
I've had the same problem with Yasuo. They should not have given Irelia +30% damage to minions, that makes her way too good at pushing and resetting.

I hate seeing an Irelia on my team. Because I know come mid game, I won't get any of the farm; not to sound like an entitled ADC main but I can't just go and split push a lane and never join teamfights. I don't care about sharing the farm at all either. But holy fucking shit, fuck Irelia, honestly. I get one in maybe 10 minions if she's in the lane with me and its not even like I can go anywhere else to farm because I can't be alone without a fed assassin/mage/anything coming to murder me.
And she'll take the farm regardless of if she's feeding or hard carrying or if I'm actually the carrying that particular game. .-.
In truth, taking as many resources as you can (CS, jungle camps, kills, towers) is just the correct way of carrying in solo queue. If you want to climb, you need to be better than the people you're playing with, and then shift as many resources to yourself as possible so you can exploit that skill difference. As an ADC you should also be looking for opportunities to catch waves before they hit towers and maximize your overall gold.

She needs to use mana on her dashes, it will make anyone playing her think twice about spamming them. Also, just don't back her up if she goes for players and tell her this: either you back us up and play as a team, or you can go AFK and get a report. The chioce is yours.
i ban Irelia just because I don't want that greedy champ on my team. She isn't good right now, shes just good at getting every single killing blow, every single CS, and being a gold funnel, while being a underpowered champ. The gold would be better used on the rest of her team, but that Q is literal cancer.
A really fed Irelia will always carry harder than 5 equally not-so-much fed teammates. Remember this.
