Ranked for ARAM

I know that there is a ranked option for Summoner's Rift, but currently ARAM gets no love. Why is that? There needs to be a way where players who love ARAM and take it seriously are able to be separated from other players who just want to goof around. And the players who want to progress far in a ranked system in ARAM should be rewarded separately from the rewards given to rank in Summoner's Rift. I know people talk about being a jungle main, or ADC main, but that's not what I am. I am an ARAM main. And its time to be recognized.
