Is it just me or is Braums Q underpowered? It scales with 2.5% maximum health, so thats only +80 damage for 4000 health ( my regular end-mid game health). However Morgana's Q is a 2.5 second bind and scales with 90% AP so with only 100 AP Morgana is already doing 10 more damage than end game Braum. If Braums scaling was buffed to 5% scaling Braum could be more than just a mediocre bottom lane support he could be a good jungler or a tanky top lane.

shrug I agree, honestly. Health scaling is fine and dandy, but it does need to be low. 2.5% scaling up to 5% is a good idea.

Lost R1 votesBraum, when combined with a Wit's End and Sunfire cape, like most tanks, suddenly becomes quite terrifying. Wit's End works on him because it allows him to proc his passive much faster, and the magic resist shredding makes him hit a lot harder, since most of his damage comes in the form of magic damage. His Q doesn't need to be buffed. You're not hitting with your Q just for the damage.
Braum's intentional weakness is that he depends very heavily on his teammates. Take that dependency away from him, and you thought the tank meta was bad NOW...

TypicalJ1 votesOk, well take blitzcrank for example. He is also a tank support and his Q and R scales 100% with AP and his E has 100% added damage based on his AD.
Leblancs Boob1 votesYou're literally comparing apples and oranges. Yes Blitzcrank's ratios are high but outside of cc he has literally no utility. Braum has massive amounts of cc while just being innately tanky, and providing stat boosts and intercepting projectiles -- Something that no other support in the game can do.
