Ms and fraps pings

Sometimes I get terrible lag for the entire game so i cant land my skill shots or even see where they are. Always when i try to tell my team i'm lagging really hard with 125 ping (lowest i've gotten) or 100k ping (highest i've gotten) my team always say's im trolling and just report me after the game. I wish i could prove my point so i don't get flamed at every game. I dont want to be toxic but it is getting harder with every laggy game i play. [zombie-brand-facepalm]
