Does anyone use LoL Item Optimizer?

It supposedly calculates the best items you can have through the maths. It said first item on supp zil should be spirit visage and i dont know why. But I did go its lee top build and go 19/10/8 and do 3x more damage than our 0/11 adc. Thats good I guess right? I do not see the pros building anything near to what these guys do though. I want to learn more about builds and WHY to choose an item for thoerycrafting purposes and such next season.

That item optimizer was made by a challenger so... pros do build that thing is it is not 100% perfected yet, algorithms still have some problems and thats something he is working on. you can however change the tank/dmg bar to make it give less importance to tankyness thus decreasing the chance of it suggesting spirit visage and such. btw it suggests spirit visage cuz of his ult
