ATTENTION ALL SYLAS PLAYERS

We need to bring back Sylas but just fix him up. Here are my thoughts

Keep his moves generally the same, he is a chained champion and his playstyle makes you wanna not get chained. So its fine. Bring back his E shield but just make it not as strong, in jungle his magic shield is useless and in mid its usuless against any AD champion. Keep his W how it is now, buff his Q so he can clear jungle. The whole basis of riot champs is for them to be flexible so why would you guys nerf all his jg aspects in the first place? His ult should have a higher base cd but the resteal cd is fine where its at rn. Passive should also get a tad bit more ap in exchange for removing the AD ratio
