@Riot Opinions on Azir? Buffs on the Horizon? In a good spot?

Hey guys, Asking Rioters but happy to open discussion to everyone, Azir was my first real main champion and I really love his kit (especially the shuffle ult plays). How do people feel Azir is after they buffed him? Personally I was a little sad the buffs were for his lvls 9+ because his 1-9 was what was feeling especially bad for me. I'm not sure how Riot goes by fixing this issue but it really feels Azir just tickles enemy champions until he gets his Rylais + Nashors + Void Staff, when he becomes a total monster if he isn't behind 2+ levels. Is there any way of evening these two out?

they should make his soldiers scale off some ad

so ad azir can be a thing

imagine if his W could hit turrets :)

Haha sounds interesting! Would be worrying how far he would be able to poke towers down though xD.

I also was thinking what if his soldiers had a much slower auto attack but packed a way bigger punch. I think that would level out the lategame where the sheer number of soldiers and their attack speed allows you to get tons of aoe attacks off effectively creating a huge zone of death. But if people could play around his solders charging up their autoattack could allow for some great counterplay.
