Client Bugging in Ranked Flex 5v5

So, I've only done two ranked flex 5v5 games, and in champ select I have had client issues. No problems with Norms/3v3 flex/aram. The first game when I went to lock in my champ the client froze, but still registered my pick. I did not want to reset client as it would hit me with a dodge. I waited, and ended up joining that game four minuntes late. The second queue I went into I could not even pick my champion despite spam clicking on it until the timer ran out and caused me to dodge. Not sure if this is on my end, but just want to bring it up. My friends said they have not had this problem.

P.S. I was in champ select while writing this, and there was no issue this time.
