I'm low gold but i keep getting plat and dia players on my team and on the enemy team, it's really annoying because they are just better than me... why does this happen ? I can't have good games like this

If you get carried in any of those games and end up winning against people of higher MMR, you will keep getting matched against better players until you become the reason your team loses. If you keep winning, cut yourself some slack and acknowledge that you are a decent player.

The major problem I have with them is when I am supporting I make one mistake and they tilt and rage until we lose. oh no I didn't land a vital skill shot better afk. grrr. I am not sure what kind of magical supports they are used to playing with, sometimes I miss.
