Anyone Else having a hard time with matchmaking?

I'm starting to lose interest in this game. Im a mid silver player and I can fairly reliably catch a Plat player on the enemy team with no one on my team that can even come close to touching their skill level. It's becoming frustrating. Most of all when there are multiple high golds and/or Plats vs my team of silvers and low golds. It's hard to play a game for fun when it is determined before champ select who is going to win.
