Lucian place right now

I'm curious as to how or if riot is going to buff Lucian back to a heavy contender. Because right now hes barely even a viable adc and cant compete in any field. As a burst adc graves is far better and Lucian is no longer the lane bully he use to be, he's a good split pusher but even siver does that better, and his passive was nerfed so it used to feel like att speed wasn't overly necessary because his passive took care of it but now its so weak it barely feels like anything. I just feel like Lucian has been a bit over nerfed and want to know others thoughts. Write Your Thoughts
