Ranked Base on Win/Loss is Outdated, Inaccurate

This was too long so I am rewriting it. My feelings on the ranking system is that my personal rank, mine, should not be based on how lucky I was to not get trolls/feeders/AFKs on my team and how lucky I was that the enemy got some on theirs. Rank should show how well you operated as a member of your team, not if you can carry them all to the Nexus.

Personally, my vision is something like the Champion Mastery system, where the game assesses you based on your champion and role and determines how well you did. That way if someone goes Fizz support there's less yelling. People still have a chance. I think it would make the game more stable and enjoyable for everyone.

The problem with this is it actually encourages non-team oriented behavior. For example I recently played with a top lane who stomped his lane but never really helped in tram fights and we lost the game. With a couple of those fights we would have won with a full team. He wasn't there though and eventually we lose. Now his stat line looks good but ultimately it was his play that lost the team the game. So I understand why people want this but it really would be bad overall. IMO
